Use the Right BoxesÂ
Use sturdy moving boxes in appropriate sizes. Pack heavier items such as books in smaller boxes and lighter items in large boxes.
Label Every Box
Clearly Label each box with the destination room and a brief description of its contents. Mark fragile boxes clearly.
Protect Fragile ItemsÂ
Wrap glassware, dishes, artwork and other fragile belongings individually. Fill empty spaces inside boxes to prevent items from shifting.
Don't overpack Boxes
Keep boxes at a manageable weight and reinforce the bottom with packing tape when necessary.

Know What to Expect During Your Interstate Move.
Before Your MoveÂ
Review your estimate carefully and make sure your inventory is accurate. Tell your moving coordinator about any additional items, access issues, stairs, elevators, long carriers, or special handling requirements before moving day.
Pickup Day
Your moving crew will review the shipment, protect furniture as needed, load your belongings, and complete the required moving  documents. Keep important documents, medications, valuables, and personal essentials with you.
During Transportation
Your shipment will be transported according to the agreed moving plan. keep your phone and email available in case your moving coordinator needs to reach you regarding scheduling or delivery.
Delivery Day
Be available at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery window. Check items as they are unloaded and notify the crew of any concerns before the move is completed.
Changes to your Move
